Service Description

Begin your week with calm clarity. We’ll open with 10–15 minutes of breathwork and light yoga stretches, then settle into a guided meditation for grounding and peace. This gentle practice invites you to slow down, connect with your inner stillness, and set a mindful intention for the days ahead. Each session offers tools from yoga philosophy and meditation traditions to help you release stress, quiet the mind, and cultivate lasting balance. On select special days, we’ll be joined by Zen Buddhist monks and nuns who are visiting Sedona, bringing their presence and wisdom into the practice. These unique gatherings offer a rare opportunity to sit in community with seasoned practitioners, deepening the stillness and sacredness of our Monday mornings.
