Reiki & Chakra Balancing: A Journey Through the Seven Chakras

Join us at The TaKun Space for a deeply restorative journey through the body’s seven main energy centers, combining Reiki, guided meditation, breath, visualization, mantra, vocal toning, and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Beginning at the Root and moving through to the Crown, you’ll be gently guided to bring awareness, balance, and harmony to each chakra. Reiki energy and sound toning will accompany the journey, while crystal singing bowls tuned to the energetic qualities of each chakra create a vibrational landscape for deepening your experience.

Throughout the session, Liz will offer individual, hands-on Reiki to support your personal healing journey. You’ll also receive individual sound healing with the Tibetan bowls and gong, allowing their unique vibrations to surround you and support relaxation, energetic balance, and harmony.
