Looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend Valentine’s Day? Join Liz and Shana for a playful Partner Yoga & Thai Yoga Massage workshop filled with movement, connection, and laughter. Beginners are welcome—bring your partner, best friend, or family member and learn partner yoga poses followed by Thai yoga massage techniques to share with each other. A beautiful way to relax, connect, and have fun together.
