Six-Hour Transformational Workshop
What happens when you step beyond what is familiar and give yourself permission to experience something different?
Liberate & Awaken is an immersive six-hour journey designed to help you release, reconnect with your body, awaken your energy, and remember the deeper essence of who you are.
We’ll begin with intention setting and clearing, allowing the natural beauty of nature and the energy of the group to guide us inward. From there, we’ll move through practices of shedding, unwinding, activation, and awakening, combining movement, breathwork, experiential practices, Kundalini kriya, and sound healing.
This is not your typical “release and let go” workshop.
